IABalance Sheet

Investor assessment · India

Most advice looks at your portfolio. This looks at your balance sheet.

What you own, what you owe, what is insured, what you are aiming at, and how it is all structured for tax — scored across seven measures, then turned into a short list of things to do in the order to do them. A deterministic model does the arithmetic. A named adviser reads it and signs it before it reaches you.

For investors

Get your position assessed

About twenty minutes of questions, then a four-page report you keep.

  • Bands and estimates are fine — nothing needs to be exact
  • Attach statements if you have them; the report says what it could not verify
  • Pay once, per report. No subscription, no product sold to you

For advisers

Run it under your own policy

Set the handful of things you differ on. The platform default carries the rest.

  • Fourteen dials, guardrailed — you can be more conservative, never less
  • Preview your policy against reference households before publishing
  • Share a link, review what it produces, sign it, earn a share

What makes this different

Three things, and they are the reason the output is worth paying for.

The whole household

A platform that only sees the funds it sells you can only comment on those funds. This starts from everything — property, gold, employer stock, money lent out, the loans, the cover, the nominations — because that is where the largest findings usually are.

Nothing is guessed

Where a figure needs a statement we do not have, the report says so and leaves it unscored rather than estimating it. A gap in the picture is shown as a gap.

Built to what you will actually do

We score what you can absorb, what you say you want, and what you did the last time markets fell — and build to the lowest of the three, because that is the one that decides your behaviour in a bad year.

How it runs

One · Answer

Twenty-seven core questions. Save and come back as often as you like; nothing is submitted until you say so.

Two · Attach

Optional. Anything a parser reads is shown back to you to confirm before it changes a single figure.

Three · Pay

One fee, per report. If your adviser referred you, their share is recorded automatically and disclosed on the report.

Four · Signed

A named person reads it and signs before it is released. That is a regulatory requirement, and it is also the step that catches what a model cannot see.
