What we hold, why, and for how long

What we collect

Your answers to the survey; any statements you choose to attach; your email address and name; and a record of payments. Nothing else, and nothing from third parties.

Why

To produce your report and to pay the adviser their share. Your answers are not used to train anything, are not sold, and are not shown to other advisers.

Who sees it

Your adviser sees the report, because they have to read and sign it before it can be released to you. They do not see your raw answers or your uploaded statements. If you started on the house view, an in-house reviewer does the same job.

How long

Statements are destroyed automatically at the retention horizon shown against each file when you upload it — ninety days by default. Anything a parser read and you confirmed stays, because a report has to remain explicable. Your answers and issued reports are kept while your account is open.

What we keep even if you ask us to delete everything

Orders, payments, ledger entries and reports that have been issued. These are retained under tax and record-keeping obligations. We will say so explicitly when you make the request rather than quietly keeping them.
